Leigh and Rachelle Borden started the Hardwood Centre in 1998 with a clear focus on providing specialty hardwood products and services to local woodworkers, contractors, and homeowners. With significant family experience in secondary wood products, they knew the big box retailers were weakest in their offerings of products for adding an elegant finish to a home or business project.
