Let us help you with the right products to showcase your home.

1. From the point where you walk through the door or contact us by phone or email, we begin working for you.

2. One of our trained staff will personally put together the right package for your new home or remodel. We do that by going over all the basics with you, either in our showroom or at your home by appointment. Then we help you choose items to add a personal touch or match an existing design.

3. We then work with our mills to find all the right products at the best prices. After we have given you our estimate, and you accept, we pull our resources to put it together. At this time we will give you an estimated delivery date (usually with in 7 days)

4. We inspect all packages before sending them out to you on our trucks. Or we can hold them in our warehouse until your job is ready.

5. Our delivery personnel will then deliver the products and hand unload to the best place available at your site (whether this is upstairs, downstairs, or any room of the house). They will do this with a caring hand and a warm smile.

6. After the products are ordered/delivered, we will give you the information you need to hire local craftsmen for the installation or supply you with tools (nail guns and hammers) and instructions on how to do the installation yourself.

7. Finally, after completed, we love to have feedback from you about your satisfaction with the whole process and hints for others.

Other services we offer include:

Transition Strips
     If you have a height difference between two floors and want to transition between the two floors we can help. Bring in the dimensions and a sample drawing of what you are looking for and we can have a transition strip custom made to match and fit your floor.

Custom Milling 
     If you want to work on a project instead of hiring someone else to make it but don't have all the tools come talk to us, most likely we have what you need and we can cut, plane, rout, etc. to your specifications.
