Mill Run Oak Flooring/BAM Saw Sharpening 7-22-10
Mill Run Oak Flooring Here at The Hardwood Centre we are always looking for ways to help our customers. We are constantly looking for specials on products you can really use and want. We were fortunate enough to find a great buy on Northern Red Oak. We used the opportunity to make some quality and inexpensive mill run flooring using the machinery available next door. We ran two sizes in two different grades, which produced the following floors:

Saw Sharpening! I've had a few people ask me over the last few weeks about where they can take their saw blades and router bits to get sharpened. I kept telling them that the best place to take them was Salem. One day I was up there picking up my saw blades from B.A.M. Carbide and got to talking with them and they were actually at Wood Castle at that very moment. I realized I just wasted a half a day and asked them how we could save The Hardwood Centre's customers time and money... The answer we came up with was to make The Hardwood Centre a drop off point for B.A.M. Carbide. They will come every Wednesday morning and pick up and/or drop off your saw blades, router bits, shaper knives, moulder knives, and drill bits! They also make their own saw blades and spiral router bits in Salem so if you need a good saw blade or spiral router blade that is a decent price and made locally let us know! They also carry Whiteside and Amana router bits so if you find a bit you would like we can get it for you! All of B.A.M Carbide's sharpenings are done with CNC machines. They are extremely accurate and can repair blades as well. Next time your in the area bring by your dull blades and drop them off with us. After all, a sharp blade is a safe blade!
